Where we baste with whine every day.
Ha! I totally hate have serious issues with cooking. So, cooking with whine would be a pretty good description of how I go about it.
If you are interested, these are mung bean noodles. I made a seriously awesome dish of spicy chicken with carrots, onions and peppers with these mung beans. You could hear the crickets chirping across the country when I served it up. Any wonder "whine" is a staple in my kitchen?
After 25 years my other half took over most of the cooking. Evidently, I was using too much whine with every meal.
