Ushuaia, as I have mentioned has incredible wildlife, scenery, great hiking and lots of naturalistic sorts of things to do. What we chose to do first was go zip-lining.
I know. It's tragic, isn't it? It's like choosing to ride the Dumbo ride at Disney instead of a real, live elephant. In my defense (and I don't say 'our' here, because zip-lining would have been the last thing Jeff chose to do), it was for the children. Who sincerely love this sort of thing.
Can you imagine the dudes who put their heads together and first came up with the idea of zip-lining? You can just imagine them sitting around, scratching their soul patches pondering the critical issue of how to part the tourist from a few more dinero, "I know! We'll string up some wire, invest in a few carabiner and call it a "Canopy Tour" to make 'em feel all green-like!"
To be fair, people really do get a kick out of zipping from tree to tree - for some people this would qualify as an adrenaline rush. Certainly our 7 and 9 year old love it. Jeff and I were both "Meh," when we were done; but since he's a skier and I'm a life long equestrian, we come at adrenaline from a different angle than the wee ones.
Like I said, they loved it.
Would I do it again? For them, in a heartbeat.

You may have my turn as well. I am not a fan of heights. But it looks like the youngsters had a blast.
