ME!! *raises hand* If no one has spoken-up for the red scarf I'd love to have another RR original. Actually, after blue, red is my next favorite color.

LOVE your knitting projects. Wish you'd stop moving around so much so you could show me how to knit one weekend. I'm still trying to knit a square pot holder....don't think any designers are gonna ask for my help.

Blue....I'm taking a big leap here...you like Blue, right? ; )

Great stuff! Almost makes me want to break out my knitting bag and yarns and start knitting and crocheting again....hang on, its pushing 100....nah, bad idea.

Donkaloosa

I love the red shawl! OK, so it seems you like blue. Nothing wrong with blue. I am amazed at how well you knit and how what you call "simple," "easy to memorize," whatever --- they are all gorgeous.

Monica

Hope is adorable!

You are a very productive knitter! Love the polar bear, lamb with sweater and blue and grey scarlves!

Ellen

@Donkaloosa, knitting is just loops repeated over and over. Sometimes they are frontways, sometimes they are backways, sometimes you add a new loop, sometimes you loop two together. If you think of it that way, it really is easy. :-)

Ellen

And Loyal Reader Debbie gets the scarf! Jeff will be in the US in June, so I'll send it off with him. Thanks for taking it! It is a pretty thing, but wasted in my blue, blue life. ;-)

Debbie Hanson

WooooHooooo!!!! Can't wait!!! But what do you mean "Jeff will be in the US in June?" Are you not coming for a visit? We can meet for lunch again off I95.

Donkaloosa

Never thought about knitting that way --- loops over and over, sideways, frontways, add a loop --- ok, that makes some sense!

Jennifer

Darling, "amateur" hardly! Do I not remember correctly that it was you who taught me to knit? Oh, and test knitting; I can help you out with that, or should I say you can help me.
Love your self designed cable sweater by the way.

Ellen

Nope, I did not teach you to knit. Tracey, yes. You, no. But I would be happy to end up on your test knitter list. My biggest issue is always finding a wool that will work, so I tend to chose tests based on what the stuff I have in my cabinet.
